Mentor Agreement

Plain-English summary
- Mentors are peers sharing personal experience — never clinicians.
- You may describe what you did. You may not diagnose, prescribe, promise outcomes or discuss illegal compounds.
- Every mentee must be told to see their own doctor independently.
- You are personally liable for what you say, and Pepprep can warn, hide, suspend or ban at its discretion.

Who can mentor
Any member aged 18+ in good standing who accepts every clause of this agreement. Being a mentor does not make you a Pepprep employee, agent or contractor, and it is unpaid peer support.
What you are agreeing to
By becoming a mentor you confirm that:
- I am not a healthcare provider
- I am sharing personal experience only
- My mentees must see a real doctor
- I am personally liable for my advice
- I will follow Pepprep safety guidelines
- I will report serious safety concerns
- I will not guarantee results or prescribe

Enforcement
Pepprep automatically screens mentor messages. Guarantees of results and specific dosing without a referral to a provider trigger a warning and can hide the content. Discussion of illegal compounds triggers an immediate ban and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Repeated warnings lead to suspension.
Escalation duty
If a mentee describes an emergency symptom, appears to be under 18, or tells you they have not seen a doctor, you must stop guidance, direct them to medical care and report it to safety@pepprep.dev.
Liability
You are personally responsible for your statements. Pepprep is not liable for mentor guidance and does not indemnify mentors. Pepprep may terminate mentor status at any time.
