Terms of Service

1. Age requirement

Pepprep is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. By using the app you represent that you are 18+. Accounts we believe belong to minors are terminated and their data deleted.

2. No medical services, no medical advice

Pepprep is a self-tracking logbook. We do not practise medicine, pharmacy or nursing; we do not diagnose, prescribe, dispense or treat; and we do not verify any information you or other members enter.

3. Your responsibility and liability waiver

You use Pepprep at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pepprep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and Pepprep, its owners, employees and contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any health outcome, injury or loss arising from your use of the app or of peer guidance obtained through it.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid Pepprep in the preceding twelve months or fifty US dollars.

You agree to indemnify Pepprep against claims arising from your content, your conduct or your breach of these terms.

4. Mentors and peer guidance

Mentors are ordinary members sharing personal experience. They are not healthcare providers, they are not Pepprep employees or agents, and Pepprep does not verify, endorse or supervise their statements.

Mentors must accept the Mentor Agreement, must never guarantee results, prescribe, diagnose, discourage medical care or discuss illegal compounds, and are personally responsible for what they say.

• •Mentee guidance is peer support, never treatment.
• •Mentees must consult their own provider independently.
• •Pepprep may warn, hide content from, suspend or permanently ban any mentor at its sole discretion.

5. Data and privacy

Your logs, metrics, side effects and expenses belong to you. Our handling of them is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. We never sell personal data.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• •Use Pepprep if you are under 18.
• •Buy, sell, advertise, broker or source compounds through Pepprep.
• •Use the app for any illegal activity, or to discuss compounds illegal where you or the other member live.
• •Present yourself as a licensed healthcare provider, or give diagnoses, prescriptions or dosing instructions.
• •Harass, threaten, dox or discriminate against other members.
• •Scrape, resell, reverse-engineer or automate access to the service.
• •Upload malware, attempt to bypass authentication or access another member's data.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, for a safety violation, a suspected age violation, illegal activity or any breach of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app.

8. Dispute resolution and binding arbitration

Please contact us first at support@pepprep.dev — most issues are resolved informally within 30 days.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Pepprep agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the service will be settled by binding individual arbitration administered under the rules of a recognised arbitration provider in the jurisdiction of Pepprep's operator, rather than in court.

You and Pepprep waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective or representative action. You may opt out of this arbitration clause by emailing support@pepprep.dev within 30 days of first accepting these terms. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small-claims court.

9. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. Material changes are announced in the app, and continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. Each acceptance is recorded with its version and date.

10. General

If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Pepprep regarding the service.
