BPC-157 dosage calculator
BPC-157 usually comes as a 5 mg or 10 mg vial and is dosed in micrograms. Enter your vial, your water volume and your dose in mcg to get the syringe units to draw and how long the vial will last.

BPC-157 calculator FAQ
- How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg BPC-157 vial?
- 2 mL is a common choice: it gives 2.5 mg/mL, so a 250 mcg dose is 0.1 mL — the 10-unit mark on a U-100 insulin syringe. 1 mL gives 5 mg/mL and a 5-unit draw, which is harder to measure accurately.
- How many doses are in a 5 mg BPC-157 vial?
- At 250 mcg per dose, a 5 mg vial holds 20 doses. At 500 mcg it holds 10. The calculator updates this live.
- How do I convert mcg to mg for BPC-157?
- 1 mg is 1000 mcg, so 250 mcg is 0.25 mg and 500 mcg is 0.5 mg.
- How do you calculate a peptide dose after reconstitution?
- Divide the peptide in the vial (mg) by the bacteriostatic water you added (mL) to get mg/mL. Then divide your dose by that concentration to get the volume to draw, and multiply by 100 for the mark on a U-100 insulin syringe.
- Does this calculator give medical advice?
- No. It is arithmetic only. It does not suggest, endorse or recommend any compound or dose. Talk to a licensed clinician before using any peptide.
