TB-500 dosage calculator
TB-500 is usually a 5 mg or 10 mg vial dosed in milligrams. Enter the vial, the water and your dose to see the mark to draw and how far the vial goes.

TB-500 calculator FAQ
- How much bacteriostatic water for a 5 mg TB-500 vial?
- 2 mL gives 2.5 mg/mL, so a 2 mg dose is 0.8 mL — the 80-unit mark on a U-100 syringe. 1 mL gives 5 mg/mL and a 40-unit draw.
- How many doses are in a 5 mg TB-500 vial?
- At 2 mg per dose the vial holds 2 full doses with a remainder; at 2.5 mg it holds exactly 2.
- How do you calculate a peptide dose after reconstitution?
- Divide the peptide in the vial (mg) by the bacteriostatic water you added (mL) to get mg/mL. Then divide your dose by that concentration to get the volume to draw, and multiply by 100 for the mark on a U-100 insulin syringe.
- Does this calculator give medical advice?
- No. It is arithmetic only. It does not suggest, endorse or recommend any compound or dose. Talk to a licensed clinician before using any peptide.
